On Friday 9th August 2019, the Australian Skills Quality Authority published guidance on third-party agreements.

There are some significant implications for third-party providers. At this time NIFAT is seeking further clarification from ASQA in relation to advertising and marketing provisions. The recent guidance suggests that any advertising and marketing must be done in the name of the lead RTO only and not the third-party. This is obviously concerning for small businesses.

Once further information has been gathered NIFAT will make this available.
