Chris Bertolo RN – NIFAT Education Team
Chris is a passionate registered nurse with a lengthy career in education, from the delivery of first aid units through to post-graduate level instruction. Chris has embraced life-long learning, completing a range of vocational qualifications in frontline management, training and assessment, as well as undertaking post-graduate study in intensive care nursing and a master’s in clinical education. Chris values professionalism and supporting learners wherever they may be. He believes that with a great team, almost anything is possible.
Chris’ clinical experience includes pre-hospital care, general nursing, intensive care, patient safety, rural and remote practice, telehealth clinical teaching and nursing education. Currently, Chris works as a Nursing Director, Education and Research in the public hospital sector.
When he is not busy with work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family.
